Spence Brothers is Hiring a Construction Superintendent Near Ann Arbor, MI
Spence Brothers, a General Contractor and Construction Manager, is looking to fill a Construction Superintendent position based in our Ann Arbor office to service the Southern Michigan market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for overall job site coordination and management.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate construction projects for the delivery of General Contracting/Construction Management projects.
- Manage and coordinate manpower for both self-performed and subcontracted trade work.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE
- 5-10 years of experience supervising commercial construction
- Experience in managing projects that exceed $5 million in value
- Understanding of construction management processes
- Proficiency in reading and comprehending blueprints, building plans, schematics, specifications, and contractor scopes of work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam
- OSHA certification is a plus
